Most of the Quantum Realm setting in the film deal with the attempted rescue of Janet van Dyne ( Michelle Pfeiffer ) . It is potential that some of these delete scenes could show her linear perspective during key sequences or even what she did during her 30 year . Considering the Quantum Realm looks to be amajor man of the MCU moving forward(and , specifically , withAvengers 4 ) , any extra clip spent with the realm could be beneficial .
Reed does say to only expect between five to 10 minutes of delete scene on the Blu - Ray too . If multiple Quantum Realm scene take a majority of this fourth dimension , then the scenes with Goggins could take up the rest .
