Thanks to the events of the past few months , the team is down to just three members whenSuicide Squad # 45begins ( and one of them is still injure ) . Harley Quinn is still her common unstoppable self , but she ’s join only by Deadshot , who is recovering from the wounds he suffered atthe hands of the Kobra Cult .
The final mate ? A grieving Killer Croc . And the mission ? To re - sink Atlantis .

Amanda Waller , of class , feels that Atlantis would be good off back where it used to be . So it come down to the Squad to make that happen - with the assistance of a magical bomb calorimeter . However , she ’s also land in some new appendage to help out on this major mission .
The two that Waller has decide to impart out of Belle Reve are Lord Satanis and Master Jailer . Lord Satanis is a thaumaturgist from the far future , and it will be up to him to deal with the magical lading that the Suicide Squad are taking down to explode below Atlantis . On this missionary work he will be the one to bump the Squad into Atlantis . Both Master Jailer and Lord Satanis will be familiar to fans of Superman comics , but Master Jailer may also be a familiar face to those fan of the Arrowverse . Jeff Branson portray the Master Jailer , aka Carl Draper , in an early episode ofSupergirl . However , the Arrowverse version of the character is very different to the one in the comics;Supergirl ’s Carl Draper was an unknown from the major planet Trombus , a former Fort Rozz precaution who ran into Supergirl ( Melissa Benoist ) when he was attempt to hunt down and belt down the escapee of the Kryptonian prison . The comic translation is very much a man , and simply a fantastic locksmith and security expert .
This new Suicide Squad ’s adventures in Atlantis will continue for the next few issues of the series , as the mob struggles to balance out a desire to fill in their charge without harming the multitude of Atlantis .
