Bruce Campbell has shared an image of his reference Ash fromArmy of Darknesswearing the Infinity Gauntlet . The character of Ashley ' Ash ' J. Williams first appear back in 1981 for Sam Raimi ’s originalThe Evil Dead . Campbell would then repeat the role forEvil Dead II , Army of Darkness , and most recently the Starz original seriesAsh vs. Evil Dead .
Premiering in 1992,Army of Darknesssees Ash go back to 1300 A.D , where he ’s forced to retrieve the Necronomican and fight back an army of the dead . The plastic film did n’t do as well as the first twoEvil Deadmovies , but continue to amalgamate slapstick funniness and horror much likeEvil Dead IIhad done a few year prior . Ash is most known for his Chainsaw hand , but inArmy of Darkness , his metallic element gantlet was introduced . The gauntlet was primitively a man of armor , but with the help of a blacksmith and a few wires from his Oldsmobile , Ash is able to turn it into a fully operating mechanical prosthetic . Now it seem like Ash ’s metallic element gauntlet has gotten another upgrade .

Campbellrecently partake in a picture on Twitter of Ash wearing a gauntlet with the six Infinity rock . The image come in from the thirdEvil Deadmovie , Army of Darkness , but the Infinity Stones are clearly photoshopped in . Campbell then captioned his Emily Post , " Groovy Gauntlet " , which is of course a reference to his iconic melodic line fromEvil Dead II . Campbell ’s full station can be seen below .

Campbell did recently vocalise his iconic fibre on a DLC for the video gameDead by Daylight , but fans should n’t ask to see him back up on the boastful screen anytime soon .
