Most recently , a series of behind the scenes photograph was released online , offering a sneak peek at what the grown - up version of The Losers ' Club will look like in the photographic film .
Drawing from the 2nd half of Stephen King ’s novel ( which the firstITdidn’t adapt),Chapter 2picks up 27 years after the event of its predecessor .
