You have a lot of Polish dialogue in the film , and your emphasis is great . Was it a challenge to get word your Polish occupation and produce the accent ?
It was very difficult . David Blair and I talk very early on and we both felt that the scenes between the Polish characters should be talk in their aboriginal clapper . We wanted it to sense unquestionable . It ’s a story about Polish pilots and they merit that respect . I did n’t have much time to learn so I had to learn the alphabet and the sound so that I could read it . I had a good teacher and she record my lines so I just listened to them and learned what I was saying so that I could do the scenes . Our wonderful Polish casting were very supportive .
The Polish aeronaut who helped saved the world from Nazis were much toss by the Allies follow the end of the war , and many met brutal fates upon being repatriate to a Poland that find itself on the wrong side of the Iron Curtain ; some say the Allies betray Poland and left the state to the Soviet Union , and the film dares to shed light this unmanageable chapter of WWII story . It ’s a tale that I had n’t try so I really want to be involved in say it . It ’s something I wanted people to know . I feel it ’s very relevant at the moment when you look at what ’s happen around the world . These men gave their life for an island that was n’t their dwelling house and potentially saved the day , then they were discarded so easily . Another very shameful part of British history . I ’m happy people can finally take their level through this film .
Let ’s talk about your act as Mick Mars inThe Dirt . Your fans have a go at it you ’re an accomplished player in actual life history , though your music is quite unlike from that of Mötley Crüe . Still , did get it on how to dally guitar in real life help you while ready the film ? At the very least , did you enjoy showing off your chop shot to your casting mates ?
It really helped being able to playact but Mick is a much best guitar role player than me . Guitar has always been more attendant for singing to me , but Mick shreds some awing solos and play aggressively . This was fun to play … I ’m not sure if my neighbor would agree !
Did you get to meet Mick Mars before you shoot the film to contemplate any of his quirks or behaviour ?
I only got to speak to Mick on the earphone while spud . He was lovely and very supportive . We just speak about amps and guitars and how he represent in the early days . The rest I had to make up . It ’s all in the book though . I adjoin Mick for the first prison term on the red carpet at the premiere . He said I did a good Mick !
While you were train forThe Dirt , did you learn any of Mick Mars ' classic Riffian and clout ?
A giving part of the pic for us was getting the bouncy poppycock to reckon authentic so we all learned a few of the songs that are feature live in the film . I in particular care playing Shout At The Devil and Looks That Kill .
What happens in the final season of Game of Thrones ? Just kidding … But did you get to bring down the set during the shot of this final batch of sequence ? Or was it so closelipped that they would n’t even let you in ?
I do n’t think I ’d be allowed in . Once you ’re dead , you ’re drained . I ’ll have to see it on telly !
You are part of The Marvel Cinematic Universe . The last time we saw Maximus , he was trapped on the moon . Do you think we ’ll ever see him and the other Inhumans again ? Would you be open to appear onAgents of SHIELDor impart the fiber back in some form or another ?
I hope he ’s not stuck up there forever . I ’d be very open to release him from his dungeon . He ’s a very interesting character . possibly one day he ’ll notice a way out .
