Take out half the algae in Earth ’s water system - which produce 75 % of the satellite ’s oxygen - and it ’s possible that all living fails , with such a major personnel no longer adequate to of holding up its place in the larger system .
That ’s not even taking into account the microscopical organism , bacteria , or unclassified life playing roles we do n’t yet eff . Fans need look no farther thanAnt - Man & The Waspto see that in Marvel ’s creation , biography boom at every level of being . And Thanos does n’t even get laid enough to keep the visible descriptor from collapsing . So at best , his architectural plan throws every lifeform and ecosystem ’s structure into right-down chaos while guarantee that dominant intelligent species will return to their numbers in age , decades , perhaps a century or two at well .
The sea captain plan hatched by Thanos ? It ’s not enough to permanently save the universe … but it ’s a large way of life of shoot down it .
